Party Payment Policy

  • When you book your party, you will be required to put 60% of the total price of your party as a deposit in order to hold and lock the room for your party.
  • A party reservation is only valid once payment of the deposit has been received.
  • Final payment of your birthday party will be made at the beginning or end of your party.
  • 50% of the Deposit will be refunded if notification for cancellation is made to us at least 30 days prior to your booked party date.
  • No refunds will be given if cancellation is made within or less than 30 days prior of your party date.
  • Reschedule or add time notification is made to us at least 30 days prior to your booked party date.
  • Reschedule dependent on whether the new date and time is available and not booked by another person.
  • If the private party book is less than 30 days, no refund will be given for cancellation after booking.

Party Rules

  • Reservations are only accepted at least one week in advance.
  • All guests must take off their shoes before entry and wear socks.
  • Party hosts are responsible for their own room set-up, break down, and clean up.
  • Allowed room set-up time 30 minutes prior to party start time (Only Family Members).
  • NO GUESTS will be allowed to enter the facility until your party starts.
  • All GUESTS (Include party holder) must vacate the party room and leave the facility after the party ends.
  • If you book a party room all food and drinks must be eaten in the room.
  • We will let the party host know to start packing-up 30 minutes before the party ends. An additional overtime fee will be charged for overtime if Guests do not leave on time. If there is another private party after yours, all people must vacate.
  • No food or beverages allowed in the play area. Smoking & vapor cigarettes are NOT permitted. No alcohol is permitted in the facility.
  • No pets are allowed in the facility unless they are special tagged dogs for handicap and adults with special needs.
  • Once the maximum capacity is over, every individual (over 10 months old) will be charged $10.
    (maximum capacity for party room: 20 people, total maximum as 35 people)
    (maximum capacity for private party: 70 people, total maximum as 100 people)
  • An additional $100 will be charged for an excessive dirty fee if the room is left completely soiled or if there’s any damage to walls or furnishings (this determination is at the sole discretion of Jump Jungle Kids Playground).
  • Private party: We close for the public, Only you and your guest can come.
  • Party room: Only one room can be used, during the party time we are still open to the public.
    Jump Jungle Kids Playground reserves the right of final interpretation of the party.
